Welcome to Copy Construct. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern our relationship with you and the services provided.

1. Services Provided
Copy Construct provides professional copywriting services, including but not limited to:

Email Marketing, Scripts, Blogs/Articles, Social Media Copy/Content, Website Copy, Funnels, Landing Pages, Sales Letters, and Ads.
Depending on the project scope, delivery time may take up to one week. Upon completion, the client will have the opportunity to review the deliverable, and any necessary revisions will be addressed.

2. Payment Terms
One-Off Projects: Full payment is required upfront.
Retainer Services: Payments are due at the beginning of each month for the duration of the retainer agreement.
Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a deliverable has been approved by the client, any dissatisfaction does not entitle the client to a refund or further edits without additional compensation.

3. Ownership and Rights
Under a work-for-hire agreement, the client gains ownership of the final copy upon full payment. Copy Construct, however, retains the right to use the copy in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables. Copy Construct will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the work once it has been approved by the client.

5. Limitations of Liability
Copy Construct’s liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under this agreement. Copy Construct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages under any circumstances.

6. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copy Construct from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to the use of the copy provided by Copy Construct, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Disclaimer of Performance
Copy Construct is not responsible for factors outside of its control that may impact the effectiveness of the copy, including but not limited to the client’s marketing strategies, distribution channels, or other external variables. The client acknowledges that performance depends on numerous elements beyond Copy Construct’s influence.

8. Modifications to Terms
Copy Construct reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County Arizona.
